SodaLab started as a backyard experiment — a curiosity about what happens when you treat soda the way a winemaker treats wine. Every batch at SodaLab is mixed by hand, carbonated to order, and bottled in small quantities so nothing leaves our kitchen that we wouldn't serve our own family.
Today we're more than a soda shop. Our space on Western Avenue houses a full bakery producing daily breads, pastries, and seasonal treats — alongside a curated grocery section featuring local oils, vinegars, spices, and pantry staples from Oklahoma and beyond.
We believe the best things are made slowly, with care, and with ingredients you can actually pronounce. That's the SodaLab way.
What We Offer
From our signature root beer to seasonal fruit blends, every soda is carbonated to order using real cane sugar, natural extracts, and botanicals sourced from trusted growers.
Our bakery opens before dawn. Every loaf, pastry, and seasonal treat is made from scratch each morning using traditional techniques and the finest local ingredients Oklahoma offers.
We've hand-selected every item on our shelves. Think small-batch olive oils, heritage spices, local honey, and pantry essentials you won't find at the big-box store.
